The Aechmea Fasciate or commonly known as the Urn Plant or Silver Vase and belongs to the Bromeliaceae family which originates from South America. We have a few of them and eagerly await for the flowers to bloom, as the Urn Plant only flowers once, then produces an offset (also known as a pup), which will only bloom once every 2 to 3 years.
